Our Helpline is available during the following hours:

• Monday: 9:30 am – 12:15 pm          

• Wednesday: 9:30 am – 4:15 pm

• Thursday: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm (Jyoti Service – Urdu and Punjabi-speaking staff will be available to answer your call)

We understand how difficult it can be to pick up the phone and ask for help, but the helpline is here for any woman or girl who has been affected by sexual violence at any time in their lives.

 

Confidentiality is at the heart of our service, you don’t even have to give your real name to use the helpline.

 

It’s a chance to talk to a woman worker who will listen and understand. We won’t judge you, we’re here to offer support and help. 

 

The helpline is also open to all enquiries and is a good place to get information about  the different services we offer here at BRC & SASS.
