Our Helpline is be available during the following hours:

 

• Monday: 9:30 am – 12:15 pm          
• Wednesday: 9:30 am – 4:15 pm
• Thursday: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm (Jyoti Service – Urdu and Punjabi-speaking staff will be available to answer your call)

During these times, our team will be available to take your calls and assist with any enquiries.

Please note that our helpline and referrals will be closed from 25 December 2025 to 4 January 2026.

If you need immediate support, you can contact the National Rape Crisis Helpline on 0808 500 2222 – it’s free and available 24/7. We look forward to assisting you when we re-open.

 

We understand how difficult it can be to pick up the phone and ask for help, but the helpline is here for any woman or girl who has been affected by sexual violence at any time in their lives.

 

Confidentiality is at the heart of our service, you don’t even have to give your real name to use the helpline.

 

It’s a chance to talk to a woman worker who will listen and understand. We won’t judge you, we’re here to offer support and help. 

 

 

The helpline is also a good place to get information about all the different services we offer here at BRC & SASS, and we can also signpost you to other services if you wish.
