Mindfulness 

 

Mindfulness is a way of being in the present moment, a way of being aware of our thoughts and feelings with acceptance and kindness.

 

Mindfulness helps us to recognise our negative patterns of thinking, and to realise that we can let them go.

 

Mindfulness gives us a way of making friends with ourselves.

 

Research has shown that practicing mindfulness has huge benefits for both our mental and physical health.

We're not currently running mindfulness courses here at the moment, but if you look up Breathworks, you can find online and in-person courses on mindfulness for health, and mindfulness for managing stress.
