Mindfulness 

 

 

Mindfulness is a way of being in the present moment, a way of being aware of our thoughts and feelings with acceptance and kindness.

 

Mindfulness helps us to recognise our negative patterns of thinking, and to realise that we can let them go.

 

Mindfulness gives us a way of making friends with ourselves.

 

Research has shown that practicing mindfulness has huge benefits for both our mental and physical health.

We're not currently offering any Mindfulness courses, but our counsellors can offer stabilization and grounding techniques that are linked to mindfulness practice.
