From 1 December, our Helpline will be available during the following hours:
- Monday: 9:30 am – 12:15 pm
- Wednesday: 9:30 am – 4:15 pm
- Thursday: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm (Jyoti Service – Urdu and Punjabi-speaking staff will be available to answer your call)
We understand how difficult it can be to pick up the phone and ask for help, but the helpline is here for any woman or girl who has been affected by sexual violence at any time in their lives.
It’s a chance to talk to a woman worker who will listen and understand. We won’t judge you, we’re here to offer support and help.
The Helpline is also a good place to get information about all the different services we offer here at BRC & SASS, and we can also signpost you to other services if you wish.
