We currently have vacancies for the post of Counsellor and Young Women & Girls Worker, we also have vacancies for Tustees and Volunteer Counsellors. 

 

 

 

JOB TITLE:  Counsellor

HOURS: 21 hours per week

SALARY: NJC Scp 22 (currently £31,364) pro rata

RESPONSIBLE TO: BRC & SASS Management Team.

BASED: Bradford Rape Crisis Centre and other locations as required

START DATE: We will interview applicants who meet the personal specification and job description criteria for this post on an ongoing basis, until we fill this vacancy.


PLEASE NOTE: BRC & SASS offers services to women and girls who have experienced sexual violence within a women-only safe space. It is an occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010 (Schedule 9, part 1) for this post to be filled by a woman. Established in 1981, Bradford Rape Crisis and Sexual Abuse Survivors Service is a feminist organisation that provides support to women and girls who have experienced sexual violence. We are at an exciting stage in our development and are looking to recruit new Trustees to our Board.

 

Our Trustees meet every 6 – 8 weeks and there are opportunities to be involved in specialist areas of our work.
