We currently have 4 vacancies:

 

Post 1.

A Clinical Lead (a qualified counsellor and clinical supervisor) - 30hrs per week. 

Salary: £32909.80 pro rata ( £28208.40 per annum for 30 hrs)

 

Post 2.

A qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist - 27 hrs per week. 

Salary £27040.72 pro rata  (£20859.98 per annum for 27 hrs)

 

Post 3.

A Black, Asian & Minoritised women & girls services lead - 35hrs per week. 

Salary: £32,910

 

Post 4.

A Refugee Women Volunteer Co-ordinator - 28 hrs per week.

Salary: £21,633 per anum (Salary rate for FTE £27041)

Women with lived experience of being a refugee, seeking asylum, being trafficked are strongly encouraged to apply.

 

Post 1. Clinical Lead

We are looking for a qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist and Supervisor to lead and enhance our 

excellent therapy team. You will need a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience as 

a clinical supervisor and will provide support, supervision and safeguarding guidance to the team. You

will also need 5 years post qualification counselling experience to provide high-quality, person-

centred, trauma-informed counselling to our clients. You must have experience of working with 

women and girls 13+ who are survivors of any form of sexual violence, at any time in their lives. You 

must be BACP or UKCP accredited or be working towards it.

 

You will be part of our Management Team - this team has operational responsibility for the day to day management of BRC&SASS and its services, in order to meet the aims and objectives of the charity. 

 

Post 2. Counsellor/Psychotherapist

You will provide high quality, person-centred, trauma informed counselling and therapy to women and girls  13+ who are survivors of any form of sexual violence at any time in their lives. You will need 2 years post qualification experience as a counsellor and must be BACP or UKCP accredited or be working towards it.

You will work as part of a committed team, all of whom are supportive and experienced in their field of work.

 

Post 3. Black, Asian & Minoritised women & girls services lead

This post will lead on developing our specialist services by & for Black, Asian and Minoritised women and girls. We are looking for a Black, Asian, racially minoritised woman with leadership experience plus the knowledge and skills needed to support the development of our Jyoti services. In addition this role includes the exciting opportunity to lead on co-production & consultation with Black, Asian & Minoritised women and girls and work at a strategic level work

You will be part of our Management Team - this team has operational responsibility for the day to day management of BRC&SASS and its services, in order to meet the aims and objectives of the charity. 

 

Post 4. Refugee women Volunteer Co-ordinator

The Refugee Women Volunteer Coordinator will deliver and support the development of our new Steps to Employment volunteering programme for refugee women that will widen support to survivors and the organisation. They will work closely with the Advocacy lead to develop and launch the programme. 

 

All posts:

 

• These posts will be primarily based at our Bradford City Centre office but due to the pandemic, some working from home may be required. This may include offering online counselling/supervision from home.

• We offer 30 days + 8 bank holidays annual leave pro rata, rising to 35 days (over 5yrs), 

• We provide a  5% employers pension contribution 

• We provide paid sick leave following a successful probationary period.

 

PLEASE NOTE: BRC & SASS offers services to women and girls who have experienced sexual violence within a women-only safe space.  It is an occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010 (Schedule 9, part 1) for this post to be filled by a woman.

BRC&SASS offers services to women and girls who have experienced sexual violence within a women-only safe space. These are dedicated posts working with Black, Asian & Minoritised women & girls.
